Has anybody been getting equipment from NEC in a timely manner lately or anybody even getting a response as to why equipment isn't shipping?

We were told back in October that they moved their warehouse but things should be sorted in a week or two. Now they are saying the CP20 upgrade kits are back ordered. We have had equipment on order since September that hasn't shipped yet.

We’ve had no issues getting by phones from our distributor, but that’s about all organization is willing to purchase with NEC exiting the region in the near future.

Been getting our CP20's like in days. But, we order from Optus but the stuff comes from NEC.
Really, that's interesting. We order through NEC Canada and it ships from Dallas. In three months, I have received five phones and one CP20 upgrade kit. I have 15-16 upgrades apparently "back ordered"

No backorder reported yet and I have 3 I just ordered on the 31st. Let you know when I get them.

Definitely not the problem.
That happened to a company I worked for a few years ago. We had to upgrade a school system over the summer break and couldn't get the parts in the 18 days we were promised. We kept hounding our management to get us the parts so we could get started and got no where. Finally one of the our techs who used to work for NEC called NEC and found out we were on credit hold.

That set off some fireworks. He was not the kind of tech who could hold his tongue.
