To program a DSS/BLF key -
From and idle state - press Feature/FNC - Redial/LNR-SPD - the key you want to program - 1 - extension # - Feature/FNC. On a Level 1 you can program DSS keys to LK5-16 if you do not have any expansion CO cards (6 lines or more). If you do, then you can only program keys 9-16.
