I have s700 which is good for 500-700 series CPU. I have Electra which says its good for 450 and lower. I thought it was called s400 but its not. I need software for a 4.89 or close to it CPU. Is it s400? Where can I get it?

I checked and cpu rev is 4.58 not 4.89.. Im told that the software I have (electra) will work on 450 series and lower. Is this true? I thought there was a s400 series just for 400 series cpu.
