NEC phone systems

Does anyone out there have a NEC system that is installed in a taxi premises?? and if so is it connected to the auriga dispatch system?? or do you know of software that will convert tapi string into serial?

For example when call is answered it has: extension number, number called, number calling all on the same line?/

I do, but am not familiar with that product or integration. What model NEC? It sounds like you may need the CDR/SMDR stream? There are many ways to do this depending on system type.

Sv8100 0r sv9100. the auriga dispatch system doesn't work with tapi so tyring to find a way around this
