Here is the problem we have an NEC phone that has the correct time on the phone. But when someone leaves a voicemail the voicemail has the wrong timestamp. The timestamp is off by 15 minutes. If I call the phone at 3:00 the time stamp will report it being left at 3:15.

The Voicemail on this system is a separate machine inside the PABX and is known as the AD8 voicemail. you need seperate and specific software to communicate with the AD8. I would suggest you need a tech who knows the system to sort this for you as the software to talk to this voicemail is really obsolete and won't run on most modern windows installations! It is known as CoSessions , feel free to search for it and if you find it and can download and install it, you then have the problem of finding a lead to talk to it!

You might try logging in through a phone with admin rights to correct the time.
