NEC PABX NOT PING OVER VPN

Hello everyone
One of our NEC PBX is connected OVER VPN and another device is also connected to same VPN, other device gets ipng but our NEC system doesn't get ping.

Any specific PROBLEM behind this .

I HAVE CISCO, AND ZYCELL ROUTER
WE CREATED IP TO IP VPN

Please suggest

Check locally without being on network. Check your gateway on that system. Otherwise it's your VPN programming or needed a reboot.

we changed VPN Routers and resolved this now working fine .
