NEC Noob Needs Help

My client is a small office with an ancient NEC DSX PBX. Dialtone & handsets works fine, no issues, ever.

They are adding a building to the property that will be connected w trenched fiber to CAT6 for network, about 100 yards away.

How do I extend those 2-pair pairs across to the other building & (presumably) a punch down block there, for dialtone & old handsets in the new offices?

Pull copper at the same time. Install lightning protection.

Outside plant copper also. Make sure you have enough ports to support the phones you will be putting in the new building.
