NEC/NITSUKO 124i three cabinet need to change page card

I need to change the page card on a three cabinet nitusko/nec 124i do I need to power down all three cabinets or can I just power down the cabniet with the card?

its the center cabinet

is there a particular power up sequence on this sytem with multi cabinets ?

anything I should be aware off in powering up and down ?
