Does anyone know how to program feature buttons on Dterm phones from the MAT software instead of manually on each phone.

Specifically:
1. Need buttons to forward callers to their cell.
2. Need buttons for speed dial.

Thanks.

First each station has to be assigned it's own memory blocks command 73 then in command 9000 you can assign the slots using F11XX where XX= the slot in the block then in Command 74 you can programme specific numbers into the slots. If you want a button which forwards all calls to the users mobile simply programme in the feature code for call forward all followed by the line access code then a comma then the mobile number. That slot will then when used forward the phone to the mobile.

Your post lists the question for the NEC 2400. Ozzie's response is for the NEC 2000. Which system are you working with?

NEAX 2400 and we're using the MAT software, version R17 2.11.

Thanks.

Akyd is the command to assign key values. KYI is 1 and if I remember rightly 49 is the value for a system speed dial but unfortunately as the memories are held on the card you have to programme the speed dials individually from the phone.
