NEC NEAX 2000IPS problem (intermittent)

We have NEC NEAX 2000IPS 2 units, both 2 units are connected with LAN system.

First unit are is normal.
Second unit is abnormal.

Second unit [highlight #EF2929]could not[/highlight] calling to first unit, but it [highlight #4E9A06]could be[/highlight] received from frist unit.

This problem is [highlight #EF2929]intermittent[/highlight]. Someday is normal.

Please help to advise. Thank you.

Sounds like a network issue. Place a wireshark on it and monitor when it fails.

Let I rewrite the problem.
first PABX can be call to second PABX,but second cannot call to first PABX.

Sometime only for this failure.
I am not sure for interface card. Now I have not the interface card for experiment.


I am not for how to work of PABX. I just use it.

I saw the LAN 2 wires , and connect card each card. I don't know for both 2 cards.

I think they are TX card and RX card. Anyone can be advise me.

My best advice for you at this time is to call your PBX vender in to troubleshoot the issue.
