NEC neax 2000ips lost Caller ID

Dear all,
Thank you for this forum help me too much. With forum, I can check IP of NEC 2000ips system by 0B00 command.
Backup by command EC6, etc.
We have some problem with NEC and we would like to share it. Few days ago, we make a phone call to Dterm phone but it has no ring.
On LCD display, we see that we lost Caller ID (DDD 1004). Maybe it is the reason we can not make phone call.
We have some solution but it not clear.
1. Restore NEC from command EC6 but we would like to know the time for last backup (we worry we lost some configure)
2. Create caller ID and route again but it seem complicated, but we need to try. Please teach me.
3. I have found IP of NEC2000ips, can we use that IP and create caller ID. I do not know it will easier than CATmode or not.
4. Other solution, etc.

Did this use to work? Are all phone affected?
 
Oh yes, we have 4 lines from IDSN. For example, line 1,2,3,4.
I press button on Dterm and it shows line 1 "DDD 1001" , line 2 "DDD 1002" , line 3 "DDD 1003", line 4 display nothing.
As my memory (Im not sure), before line 4 display "DDD 1004" or "DDD 1000") and I can call to line 4 at that time.
Now, I try to make phone call to line 4 but nothing happen on Dterm phone. I do not know why it lost "DDD 1004" or "DDD 1000"
