I'm a newbie at this. How do I set the extension that receives a dial zero operator call. That is, if someone dials zero for the operator, where do I tell the system where to send that call? Right now it is going to a non-functioning extension.

Thanks in advance for any help you can offer!

Extn 0 will probably have been set up as a virtual extension and then it can be forwarded to where ever you want using Cmd E600. However it is also possible that it was programmed as a key on a Dterm. Either way you need to be able to programme the system to change it. What system do you have and do you have access (and know the password if one is set)?
