At my company, we are using an older NEC NEAX 2000 IVS PBX system.
Our phones look like the image below.
Whenever an OUTSIDE line calls the direct number tied to station/extension 212, it rings at extension 432. I have attempted to do all of the cancel codes I can find (#1 through #9), and no luck. The calls still ring at the incorrect extension.
I have searched through the manuals and online and cannot seem to figure out why this phone will not ring when being dialed from the outside. Internal calls seem to work fine. I have tried swapping phones out thinking it may have been something with the phone, but the problem is still there.
