I have a issue with Mark II where as it is doing
System took a power hit. Powering on the system the phones all come up, say initializing then night mode, then shut off and keep doing that. Tried powering down and reseating all cars but same issue. Checked the fuse and it is good. Tried bypassing the UPS and same issue. Tried one station card at a time and same issue.

Most likely a bad power supply. The fuses can be good and still be a bad PSU. You need to check the voltages with a meter to be sure. The -5 VDC could actually be -3.5 and still show a good fuse.
