All,

We are new to the NEC IPS 2000, I just need to know the steps to programming a headset key on a dterm phone that will allow a user to toggle between headset and handset?

All advice is much appreciatted!

get into moc mode. (Trf, conf, *, Trf, conf, #)

CMD 9000 DE
xxxx,yy DE (where xxxx is the extension number, yy is the button number. also make sure you put the comma in, using the trf button)
F1090 execute.

the display should read

9000>xxxx,yy>f1090

then press execute and you will get

OK
