I have purchased a Sansa MP3 player to use as a music on hold device. I have plugged this into the RCA connection on the side of the KSU. I kinda expected to do dial the BGM service code on a keyset to test and walk away, however the music is clipping. The current CD player the customer was using works just fine. Any suggestions?
