We have several ACD queues on an IPKII. The client would like one queue to have a custom MOH source. We have installed a PGD adapter for the additional MOH source. Inbound calls for this queue are PRI DIDs. We have enabled the correct ACI source for the needed DID. When callers reach the busy queue and hear the delay interval they only hear the main MOH source (MOH/In) on the cabinet. After being answered from the queue and placed on hold they receive the correct custom MOH source. We'd like to have the custom MOH source to play during the queue interval. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
