New to NEC IPK ii. I am trying to get lines 5,6, and 7 to call fwd to ext. 114 voice mail when they are unanswered. Tried 744 to that extension, they ring on 4 other extensions, line set to normal not dil, calls are being answered by default mailbox 200. Attempted to set up answer table, but not certain I had all the parameters correct. Two groups sharing one phone system. No sys groups set up.
Also, lines one and two set to be answered on ext 101 voice mail. Gave option to dial #104 to leave a message for another person. Works ok, but takes a lone time for other persons vm to answer. Could not locate timer. Change vm answer time from 30 to 24 now ext 101 vm answers on beginning of 5th ring, but cannot get vm transfer to answer faster. Seems like 40 - 45 seconds.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
