NEC IPK CPU Firmware

Does anyone know the correct steps or has the instructions on how to upgrade the firmware on an IPK CPU. Replacing CPU v4.60 with a v1.03. I want to upgrade the v1.03 to the v4.60. I have the chip sets but do not have instructions.
