I have a customer with a COIB card.The caller id has been working great for past 2 years.All of a sudden the caller id started getting sporatic to none.I swapped the card out and it worked for a little while,but now its back to no caller id.I checked the programming and tested the caller id coming from the carrier.But still having problems.
