NEC IPK ACD locks up!

Hello all,
I have a IPK w/4.70 software,ACD Plus on a VMP U-40 2.22. Customer provided pc w/xp running ACD server & monitor 2.8. ACD has been running fine until Tuesday Nov.4th 2008. After day light savings change. Customer tries to log in using the login button,all they get is ringing. If the board is reset everything comes back fine. I was there yesterday morning to witness this. I checked the LED status and found
Power – steady red
Live – flash red
Channel 8 – steady red
LED 6 – steady red
App1 – steady red
LED 8 – steady red

This only happens on Tuesday mornings,not every Tuesday but only on Tuesday. Is there anything on the VMP that be effected by the daylight savings time change?

What version of ACD software is running on the ACD card?
I had similar problems with ACD locking up, the screen on the phone would lock up and a hard reboot of ACD card was only way to fix it. (Reboot PC, then run ACD Server, and it should tell you the version that is running on the ACD card)
Version 2.34 is supposed to fix locking up issues. Since we've upgraded, we have not had any lockups. There was one day I did some programming and it booted all agents out of the ACD, but they just had to log back in.

Found 1-8-55 weekly system reset, set for 2am every tues.
Turned off, so far so good!
