Hello,

I was wondering does anyone have any experience with installing the NEC IP Video Access Door phone? There's no install instructions when I went to install it.
I inserted the RJ-45 into the jack and I know the other tech and the customer could see it on the network, but couldn't get it to work.

Are there any programming instructions for it? Does the Video Phone utilize only one cable or will we need to have to run a secondary cable?
