Hello all
I have a vanguard analog voice mail (part number 17770A-2p) with a i124 phone system with 5 incoming lines.
We are trying to dedicate line 005 with a seperate greeting.
Line 5 is a trunk box and we assigned it it's own action sevice table (table 5).
The other 4 lines use table 1.
We assigned box 814 as a call routing box for the greeting and to ast 5.
After recording the welcome msg on 814 when dialing in through the automated attendant,
we hear a generic msg to enter your mailbox number and not the assigned box 814 greeting.
We made sure 005 was a trunk box, the greeting was a "welcome",
and assigned 814 as the ast mailbox for ast 5.
What in the world are we doing wrong?
