We are trying to set up a number of new phones on this switch.
We have copied properties from an exisitng working extension. All seems to be the same EXCEPT we can not pick-up a ringing outside line fromn that phone. We can pick up a transfered call, but not one from outside. Any idea what setting we have missed that would cause this?
