NEC group query. One phone in the group does not ring.

Hi,

We have a NEC PABX system. Users are using NEC DT700 series phones. 2, 6 and 24 button.
A new user recently joined the group from a different team, she brought her 24 button phone with her to the new team. When the group extension or number are called, her phone does not ring. Her phone is an NEC DT700 24 button phone. Her phone flashes when the group extension is called so the phone is aware it's receiving a call at the time. The phone rings (makes a noise) when the extension is called directly.
I have rebooted the phone several times.
I have done a hard reset of the phone resetting to the phone to factory settings.
When the phone is receiving a call from the group and you press the up volume button. It changes the LCD brightness. I have had a look at the configuration settings for ring tone and ring volume and they are setup correctly.

Does anyone have any ideas to resolve this, what could be the problem or other things I could try.

The ringing setting is in the system, not the phone! What system do you have?
 
I believe it's an NEC 8100
