i have nec cosessions remote loaded onto my laptop, am connected with a null modem cable to the cms(4) 9 pin port, when i open cosessions it says unable to open the serial port, is there a setting i am missing in this? what i ultimatly want to do is setup the voicemail so user can press 1-4 in vmail to go direct to a persons phone, and i cannot seem to do this from mbox 632 within the vmail
