I installed a new phone and added a mailbox on an NEC Elite IPK w/Elite Mail. I recorded the new greeting, gave it a password and the OGM would not play. I went into the manager box and deleted the box and also tried to reset as new. I go in as the user and record the 2 greetings, internal and external, they do not get saved. I did it quite a few times. I can call into the extension, leave the message, the MW light flashes, the message is there. But the OGM is just the default canned voice and my OGM will not play! I tried recording numerous times and deleted and reinstalled the mailbox a few times. Same result. I am stumped. Any ideas??
