NEC Elite IPK Caller ID

Hi

I've recently upgraded an Elite IPK system to handle a ninth line and about 21 handsets. Caller ID was not working on the new handsets. When i looked through the manual to program them it said that only 15 handsets could be programed for caller ID. Is this true? I would think a system like this should be able to show cid on all handsets. If so could someone show me where I'm going wrong.

Not true with version 2.00 or higher. Memory blocks 1-1-78, 3-44, 4-49 no longer apply. If you have older software, I believe you can get up to 16 caller ID stations.
