NEC Elite Electra IPK 1

Can someone please help? I just removed an IPK system from a clients office and moved it to a new office plugged everything in and didnot get any display on the phones. I used the same punch down block. I am using DTH-8D-1 phones are these two wire or four wire. Also looking to get maunals and software please help asap.

The sets are all 2 wire, I have never seen it come up with no display. The only thing I can think of is to make sure the amphenols are in the right spot on the side of the cabinet. The first ampenol is the last one from front to back.
