Would need to double check feature code, but 715xxx, where xxx is ext number of remote extension, allows you to pick up a ringing call at a specific extension. Would include intercom calls too though.
You could store this feature code into a button, but led would be off.

You can assign a call arrival key the DID extension number. Place it on a button of the phone (SIE key), then place a call appearance key on the phone so you can answer it.
