NEC Electra Professional door phone

Can some one here tell me where the door phone bix termination is on the Electra Pro. and what is the door release button to press when answering a door phone call.

If it's a pro I, it is a white box about 2'X 2'X 4" mounted flat against the wall. Pro II is a cabinet with virtical card slots inside.
