I have a problem that hopefully is an easy fix.
I have an AA that answers my calls once the caller has entered the extension is trying to reach the AA says please hold and then DEAD AIR until the user answers or the Mbox pick up the call.
my question is there a field that I need to change to have the caller hear either ringback tone or beeps or something to let them know the call is still active?
and a secondary question . I need to change the amount of rings before the voicemail answers on several phones.
Where do I change that?
