NEC Electra Elite IPK Dterm 80 -- Voicemail reset and call fowarding

My company had some turn over this year and we have a few voicemail boxes that need to be reset. If anyone could advise on how to do this I would really appreciate it.
Also we are trying to set up call fowarding when sale team is out of the building any help on that would be great. Literally not 1 single person here has any idea how to operat this phone system so I am starting from scratch.

You need to log in as the system administrator to reset a mail box. That is usually the first extension in the system, 100. Log in as if you are retrieving a message. As it gives you prompts, press 0 to get into admin options. Follow the prompts to change a mailbox. You can reset password and/or reset mail box as a new user.
Or you can try the default log in mailbox 9632 with a default password of nec. Assuming that was not changed and the password was not altered.

Got into the admin section. Reset the password to default.....Default is not what I thought it was or the one above. Is there a way to change the default password?

To do that you need a copy of the cosessions software and the proper cable to connect directly to the VM. Try 0327, that was a default from NEC on some of their VM systems.
