My customer just purchased this Refurbished Nec system with voicemail, im a nortel tech . The system was defaulted.
i got the new telephones working and programmed. but when i dial the voicemail dn you get a error and busy tone. Is there any programming on the tel side or voicmeail to get his voicemail up and running
