How do I change the number of rings before transferring to Auto Attendant. I have an older Electra elite 192 that has been working fine for years and rarely needs service. I have added parts but never any major changes (except a new voicemail card a few years ago). Someone tried making changes and now the AA picks up in two rings instead of 6. How do I change this back to 6-8 rings.

Thanks,

Do the phones ring first then if not answered go to the auto attn? Or, does the auto attn answer first?
If the auto attn answers first, then adjust the number of rings to answer by port in the VM programming. You need to be able to log into the VM to do that. It will require cosessions software to do that. If it rings a SIE key first then try extending the call forward no answer time in MB 1-2-22.
