Inbound call rings my primary(Recep)first, then rolls to all extensions after second ring. I need to create a second primary station. I have mulling over the PM for a bit, and I dont want to make a wrong step. Any suggestions would be great.

It depends on what type of service you have (PRI, T-1, CO's etc). However, if you have POTS lines follow these steps. At the phone you want to ring press Feature+4. This will give you the extension # and port # of the phone. Go into programming mode and press Line Key 4. Then press the * key and move all the way to the left. Change the 01 to the port number found above. Then simply press the line keys on the phone until they are green (Immediate Ring) for all of the POTS lines you have installed (LK1=CO1 LK2=CO2 etc).

I have a T1, housing 8 DID lines for my voice. Will the instructions work for that setup?
