I have an Electra Elite 192, and I'm interested in using Bayonne. If anyone familiar with the hardware of the Elite 192 would please look at the "Hardware" section of the following link, and please tell me If there is any (I mean any) way to make this work.

Thank you in advance for any & all efforts to help!

I don't think you should have any problems integrating this to any phone system with analog integration. This would require dialogic D41 voice boards. You should be able to use Digital integration as well, but could run into some problems. Digital would require D42 boards to integrate to any NEC system.

A free IVR sounds pretty good to me as well. I might try to set this up myself and tinker with it. I will post any results I have as a result of my testing.

Thanks for the response! The boards you mentioned, would they replace my existing board or can they just be added on? I'm not as familiar with this type of hardware as I would like to be.

I wish I could give you a model #. I don't have enough down time to pull out the card and look, the card is visually blocked by another card. I know it is 12 port w/ CTI enabled, and was the original card that came with it. After further research, it seems as if Bayonne is meant to be a stand alone computer setup. However, I would like to know if I could tie it in with my existing system (Elite 192). Any help is appreciated!
Thanks,

Update... I've been able to contact someone more familiar with the Bayonne setup and this was his response:
It can work if I can connect my NEC handsets to a normal telstra line and can ring out, or if I purchase an analogue port slot card for the Elite 192. What do you think my best option is?
Thanks!
