I have recently moved into a new office building and the previous owners have already installed a NEC DX2E 32I PABX system. They were using ISDN lines and so I assume the interface card is for ISDN. I intend to use PSTN and I am looking for help/information. Do I need to buy a new interface card? If so, where can I get one. Also, how to I programme the system. Very little information online.

Many thanks

Sorry, I do not recognize this NEC system. Is this the model of the phone?
We need to know which NEC system you have. Look at the KSU/PIM and see if there is a designation. Or, list the CPU designation off of the CPU card. This will be helpful. Pictures are always helpful.

I am not currently in the office, this is the only pic I have right now. Does this help in any way? I have not opened the system yet, will take pics of the cards currently installed.

It may be for the UK only. See the label. Possibly the Topaz system.
