I am trying to setup a new DT700 phone in our Univerge SV8300.
I am having issues with assigning the extension number.
If I use an existing extension, but not one that is currently in use by a connected phone, I get an error message Unauthorized.
If I use a new extension I added to the SV8300 I get an error message Invalid LEN.
I used the same configuration as an existing phone as far as the SIP address, IP scheme, Subnet, etc.
Also, is there a way to just change the extension of a phone that is already setup?
I tried changing the extension in the web config of the phone, but it doesn't change anything.
