The PBX challenge!
I manage an office and will need to purchase an updated phone system after we move to a new space.
As far as user-friendliness and cost goes (most of my colleagues are older and against change, or at least learning new and difficult standards), what would be a better recommendation?
NEC DT330 or Avaya IPO 5420 (both with a 24-button display)?
