NEC DSX Intramail Problem 1

I have a customer with a DSX160 with Intramail. They are unable to access the routing mailboxes to change the greetings. When they try to access one of those mailboxes (801, 802, etc.) they get a message that tells them that the mailbox is not valid. It appears to be setup in the system and it has been working for many years but just recently they are encountering this problem. Any Ideas? Thank you in advance.

Bet you anything they aren't logging into the system admin section of their vm. I would verify they are and going into instruction menu.

I did find the issue after thinking on it and reading the programming manual. In Station, Intramail parameters, System Administrator was unchecked for that extension port. After checking the feature, it worked fine. No idea how that became unchecked.
