NEC DSX-80 VM Password change ?

I have a cust. who replaced an employee and wants to access the previous' VM box, to record new greeting but doesn't know the password. How can I reset and access the MB? I've got a whole bunch of NEC manuals, just not the DSX one. Please and thanks in advance for your feedback.

The information you want is in the Intramail manual, not the DSX manual.

Log in to the administrator's mailbox (usually ext. 300).
Press 72 for System Administration
Press 7 for Subscriber's box
Enter the mailbox number
Press 7 to delete password
Press # to exit
