I installed a dsx-40 about a month ago since then I have received a call from the customer that they can hear line 1 conversations on line 2 and vice- versa. Can anyone give me advice on where to start to troubleshoot, supposedly this has been goin on since the install, I was there the following 3 days with the switch working and no one ever said anything.one thing is my switch is not grounded .TIA
