I have a customer who says that she listens to messages in box 300 and later will have one of the other girls go in there to listen to them also, when the second girl listens to them they say some of them are missing. I checked to make sure auto save was on, and it was, I also left approximately 50 test messages, listened to them and went back in 3 or 4 times and they were all still there! I hung up in the middle of messages, 0 out, exit on display, still didn't lose any. Customer still insists there is something wrong. Has any body had a problem with the intra mail like this! Is there a upgrade that will fix this. Help!!!
