Nec cti voicemail question

I need to be able to program voicemail reception.
When a caller is in that users mailbox greeting I want them to be able to hit zero and get the receptionist at any time.
Right now when they select 0 they get the after hours greeting.
what section do I change this at?

There are quite a few options for programming this, depending on if you want it done globally for all users or specific extensions would make a big difference. Globally you will want to change the System Operator xfer and xfer destination settings. Specific you will want to go into transfer options per ext. to access 1 key dialing, make sure to set 1 second pause for 1 key dialing
