NEC Caller ID displays 6 Digits only

Hi All

Can anyone help me to solve my issue on NEC SL1000 ?
CallerID is enabled and working, but it is displaying only 6 digit of the number. whereas in the call log it is showing full number.
What could be missing in configuration ?
