Does anyone know if there is a report in CallCenterWorX that will break down the calls received by the hour? I would like my reports to be as specific as possible while trying to figure out optimal staffing times.

Most all reports in Call Center Worx can be ran by the hour. When running your report select hour in the interval box.
 
Thank you. Do you know if I will be able to account for every hour within a business day in one report? Or will I have to schedule hour by hour reports for each day seperatley. Can I collect data for specified times? E.G. How many calls came in from 5am-6am, 6am-7am, and so on for each day. Or can I only get an hour interval, random?
