NEC BF210/24 port switch management questions

I would like to view the management console and log history in the management interface for this switch. however I am unsure if there is a web UI or what the commands are for management.

Is there a way to default the device without the use of a console connection? and any advice for console commands to reset and manage this device would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!!

Unfortunately whilst this is an NEC forum, I believe most here are telecommunications people. My small knowledge of the switch is that I don't remember there being a GUI but if you know Cisco/HP you should be able to manage.
