NEC Aspire PC Pro

I have a old copy of PC PRO I am trying to install on a Win 10 PC. Once installed, it ought to give me a 30 day usage before registering it. It doesn't. It says the trial period has ended even though its never been installed on this PC before. Is there a secret on getting this to work and will PC PRO connect to the IP port of the Aspire and program like a IPKII?

I have loaded Aspire PCPro on a WIN 7 64 bit machine with no issues and no registration required. It should connect to the IP address in the system.
