Customer States that the are unable to dial ext to ext, and ext to outside..... the phones are on but dont work at all... incoming calls ring and ring to nowhere.... the co says their dial tone is okay...
being that ext to ext is affected i would assume its defiantly the NEC that has an issue.... any help before i go onsite to diagnose this issue would be appreciated...going tomorrow... what should i look for?
